Curriculum Approval Process

The University Catalog undergoes a review process each academic year prior to publication. All colleges and schools are asked to review and/or update their information. There are four sections of the catalog that require review: courses, academic programs, departmental sections, and administration and faculty listings.

Some modifications to existing courses and/or programs require the submission of an approval form, please refer to the information listed below.

All proposals for new or revised curriculum must be submitted and approved through your College/School's Curriculum Committee. Please contact your Dean's Office for further details.

All graduate courses and programs, once approved by your College Curriculum Committee, must be submitted to the University Graduate Council. More information on the process is posted on the Provost's Graduate Council website.
