The Academic Scheduling Office is responsible for coordinating with each department to produce the Schedule of Classes for the fall and spring semesters. In addition to other duties, we schedule space for academic ad-hoc usage.

Please contact your department's scheduling coordinator if you need to request a classroom change for any of the following reasons. No other reasons will be accepted by the Scheduling Office for a classroom change.

Requests for ad‐hoc use of technology enhanced classrooms will begin for each semester two weeks after that semester has begun.
Requests for ad-hoc classes that require technology, should be submitted to Classroom Technologies via Classroom Reservations.
Requests for non-academic usage, such as student group meetings, departmental meetings, and users outside the University, should be made to the Office of Events Management at (703) 993-2853.
