The 7 Steps Toward Graduation
2. Complete the mandatory Student Survey. You may complete the survey when you file your intent to graduate or during your final semester. 3. All doctoral and graduate certificate students, as well as some Master's students (additional information below), must submit the Doctoral, Master's, or Certificate paper graduation application to their respective academic department by the published deadlines.The deadline for Summer 2008 candidates was April 7. 2008 and the deadline for Fall 2008 is July 18, 2008. Please select the appropriate form(s) from the list below.

EFFECTIVE SPRING 2008, students graduating from certificate programs listed below are
NOT REQUIRED to submit the separate paper graduation application - they need only to submit the electronic graduation intent form on Patriot Web.. All other certificate candidates must submit the paper graduation application.

4. Department Review and Approval due back in the Registrar’s office.
5. Final Review by Registrar's Office.
6. Degree Conferral: 5/17/2008, 8/9/2008, 1/10/2009

. Official Transcripts and Diplomas
Transcripts showing conferred degrees will be available beginning on the conferral date as degrees are evaluated and posted. Diplomas will be mailed 5-8 weeks after each conferral date.
** Please note - the Graduation Department will only contact a student if there is a problem with your application! Please refer to your unofficial transcript on Patriot Web. When all reviews are complete, your transcript will indicate that you have officially graduated. **Return
