University Commencement and
Winter Graduation

University Commencement Saturday, May 18, 2013 10:00 am Patriot Center	Winter Graduation Thursday, December 19, 2013 1:00 pm Patriot Center
The University Commencement is open to the following students: Summer 2012 doctoral graduates Fall 2012 graduates Spring and Summer 2013 graduation applicants who expect to complete all degree requirements Summer 2013 doctoral graduates will participate in the Winter 2013 Convocation.	The Winter Graduation ceremony is open to all Fall 2013 graduation applicants who expect to complete all degree requirements in the Fall semester. Summer 2013 doctoral graduates are invited to participate as well as bachelor's and master's students who did not participate in the previous May Commencement.

Program Information

Spring and Summer graduation applicants must apply to graduate no later than February 22, 2013 to have their name listed in the University Commencement Program. Students who have applied to graduate in Fall must apply to graduate no later than September 30, 2013 to have their name listed in the Winter Graduation program.

Please note: As the final list of names for the programs are compiled and released to the printer within days of the deadline, exceptions cannot be made. If you apply to graduate anytime after the dates noted above, your name will not appear in the printed program.

Any student wishing to have his/her name EXCLUDED from appearing in the printed program must complete the Program Exclusion Request form and submit it to the Office of the University Registrar before the last day that the graduation application is available on Patriot Web. E-Mail requests cannot be accepted. Direct the request to:
