Degree Evaluation
Monitor your progress as a student and to see if you are fulfilling the requirements of your academic program.
The online degree evaluation is not available to students of catalog years earlier than Fall 2001. If you are in a catalog year prior to Fall 2001, you must run a "What-If" analysis.
Directions:
- Log on Patriot Web
- Select "Student Services"
- Select "Student Records"
- Select "Degree Evaluation"
- Select a term and click "Submit"
- Click "Generate New Evaluation"
- Click the bubble to the top left of the academic program
- Click "Generate Request"
- Select "Detail Requirements"
- Click "Submit"
"What-If" Analysis Directions:
- Follow steps #1 - #4 above.
- Instead of selecting "Submit", select "What-If Analysis"
- Select your catalog year from the drop down menu and click "Continue"
- Select your major from "First Program"
- Click "Submit"
- Click "Generate Request"
- Select "Detail Requirements"
- Click "Submit"
Please note:
- There are still a few certificate and graduate programs that are not available. Those students will not see a program when they click "Generate New Evaluation." If this applies to you, please speak with your academic advisor.
- If you are a enrolled in more than one program or have two majors, you must run a "what-if" degree evaluation for each program.
