| Late Graduation Application | Used to apply for graduation after the online application is no longer available. A Retroactive Graduation Request is required after the 6 week grace period has passed. |
| To be used to graduate in a previous term when all requirements were met and documented in the Registrar’s Office at the time of the requested graduation date. Note: The Late Graduation Application can be used for the current term after the online application has been turned off and until six weeks after the conferral date. | |
| Used by students to remain active in the University system without being registered for an actual course. Satisfies the University requirement that a student be actively registered in the term in which their degree will be conferred. | |
| Submit to the Office of the University Registrar to remove a previously requested Study Elsewhere. | |
| Used for course equivalencies, transfer course re-evaluations, and/or substitutions/waivers of degree requirements. | |
| Used for a student to obtain a Pending Degree Verification. The Verification will only be prepared for third parties who cannot wait until the conferral date is posted on an official transcript. All academic requirements must be successfully completed. | |
