Graduation is not an automatic process. Students must submit their intent to graduate the semester prior to the expected graduation term. Upon review and final approval by both your Academic Department and the Registrar's Office, your degree will be conferred. You must be in good financial standing with the University to receive your diploma. Official copies of your final transcript are available for you to request at no cost.
The published Intent deadline for the January 9, 2010 conferral date was July 10, 2009. Those who intend to graduate on January 9th but have missed the filing deadline, must file immediately. Your degree conferral may be delayed if you missed the published deadline.
| Semester | Expected Graduation Date | Filing Deadline |
|---|---|---|
| Fall 2009 | Jan. 9, 2010 | Jul. 10, 2009 |
| Spring 2010 | May 15, 2010 | Nov. 20, 2009 |
| Summer 2010 | Aug. 7, 2010 | Mar. 12, 2010 |
