For classes cancelled on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 after 3:00 PM, instructors are asked to arrange make-ups on an ad-hoc basis. Requests for make-up classrooms should be made to your department’s Scheduling Coordinator, who will work with the Office of the University Registrar to secure an appropriate classroom. Students should be contacted, directly or via Blackboard, on adjustments in patterns of assignments in the courses for which they are responsible.

For classes cancelled on Wednesday, February 20th, 2019 the make-up day is Tuesday, May 7th, 2019. This date will no longer be a reading day. 

For classes that meet during only the first half of the semester, faculty are asked to arrange make-ups on an ad hoc basis. Requests for make-up classrooms should be made to your department’s Scheduling Coordinator, who will work with the Office of the University Registrar to secure an appropriate classroom.
