CAPP for Advisors

CAPP is the degree evaluation system used by all students with a catalog year prior to Fall 2012.

Monitor your progress as a student and see if you are fulfilling the requirements of your academic program
The online degree evaluation is not available to students of catalog years earlier than Fall 2001.


  1. Login to Patriot Web
  2. Select Faculty and Advisor Services
  3. Select Degree Evaluation and Advisee Listing
  4. Select Degree Evaluation Menu
  5. Select CAPP
  6. Select a term and click Submit
  7. Click Generate New Evaluation
  8. Select the academic program
  9. Click Generate Request
  10. Select Detail Requirements
  11. Click Submit

Double Major Students

If you have declared a double major, you must run a “what-if” degree evaluation for each program.

“What-If” Analysis Directions:

  1. Follow steps #1 – #6 above
  2. Instead of selecting Generate New Evaluation, select What-If Analysis
  3. Select the student’s catalog year from the drop down menu and click Continue
  4. Select student’s major from Program
  5. Click Add More to add a concentration or minor
  6. Click Submit
  7. Click Generate Request
  8. Select Detail Requirements
  9. Click Submit
