Midterm and Final Grades are available based on the course’s part of term. See the Academic Calendar for specific term dates.

Midterm grading is only required for lower level undergraduate courses (100- and 200- level). Partial semester courses do not require midterm evaluations, nor do summer courses.

Final grading is conducted according to the end date of the course to be graded. University guidelines recommend that final grades be submitted as soon as possible after administration of the final exam for the course but not later than 24 hours prior to the degree conferral date of the term. The deadline is inclusive of independent study courses with no exam and regularly scheduled semester-long courses.
