Graduation Status Descriptions

| Application Status in Degree Works | Details |

| Application Received | The Registrar’s Office has received your application, but the application has not been reviewed. The Registrar’s office conducts initial graduation reviews after the last day to drop for the semester. Please review your degree evaluation and meet with an academic advisor if you have any questions about your graduation eligibility. |
| Application Received | Your application has been sent to your department for review. |
| Under Review | Your record is currently under review by the Registrar’s Office. Click ‘Process New’ on your evaluation in a few days to see if the status has updated. Please note, it can take several weeks to complete all reviews depending on the semester. |
| Conditionally Approved | Your graduation application is conditionally approved pending final review. The Registrar’s office does final reviews at the end of the semester, after all final grades are received. |
| Problem Identified | There is at least one unmet requirement for your degree. Any outstanding issues must be resolved by the 6-week grace period for the semester. View your degree evaluation and contact your academic advisor for more information. |
