Electronic Forms Resources

This is a long-term project to modernize processes and automate tasks across Mason with a cloud-based business process solution that integrates with Banner. As we partner with ITS to roll out new versions of forms and tools using Ellucian Workflow (EWF) and Dynamic Forms (DF), we have user guides posted below.

To continue to modernize our processes, OUR will either temporarily (before it transitions to Ellucian Workflow) or permanently upgrade PDFs to Dynamic Forms (DF).

DFs mimics PDFs while allowing for auto-filling student information, dynamic filtering, and electronic approval routing. To better advise students, we have the following guides. You may view your queue or if an approval link does not go to the Mason sign in page automatically, log in to https://dynamicforms.gmu.edu/.

If you have any questions about specific forms submitted by your students or sent to you or your department, you may email regsite@gmu.edu to check on the status of the form.

Students, staff, and faculty will receive emails with a direct link to their case. If you’d like to review all of your cases in the system, you can use the above link to log in and bookmark for future use.

Ellucian Workflow can only connect to emails associated with a G#, not shared departmental inboxes (e.g. registrar@gmu.edu, psychology@gmu.edu, etc.).  If this is bothersome, please create an Outlook rule to either redirect the notice to a more convenient folder or to archive the notice entirely.
