Graduation Forms
All forms submitted are normally processed in two to three business days, not including the date received. There are several peak periods, (graduation, the priority registration period etc.) when processing time may take longer.

Bachelors Accelerated Master's Transition | Undergraduate Students | Used with the bachelor's graduation application; Only for those accepted into an accelerated master's program. Note: While the university has mandated telework, please complete this form using an e-signature and sending it to the appropriate party through your Mason email account. |
Diploma Name and Accent Mark Request- online form | All Students | Use this form to request a name other than your legal name on your diploma, or to add a special accent mark in the name printed on your diploma. |
Graduation Invitation Spring 2023 | All Students | For use by international students. Submit as an addendum to enrollment verifications available from Patriot Web or degree verifications available from the National Student Clearinghouse. |
Late Graduation Application | All Students | Used to apply for graduation after the online application is no longer available. A Retroactive Graduation Request is required after the 6 week grace period has passed. |
Retroactive Graduation Application | All Students | Required after the 6 week graduation grace period has elapsed. |
Time Limit Extensions | Graduate Students | For students who need to extend their graduation deadline or advancement to candidacy deadline. |
Withdraw Graduation Application | All Students | Students who decide to delay their graduation to a future term |
