Graduation Application View

When a student applies to graduate, the audit will display a graduation clearance section, identifying the degree(s)/credential(s) and term(s) for which the student has applied. While there are varying applied statuses that can be assigned in Banner, all of these statuses will display as “Applied” in the Mason Degree Audit.

Graduation Filter

You can now filter students by Graduate Clearance Status by choosing the Graduation filter and selecting the applicable graduation clearance status. You can pair this with the Graduation Term and/or credential options. Please note that the only Graduate Clearance Statuses that we are utilizing at GMU are Applied, Denied, Awarded, and Cancelled.
