All official transcript orders will need to be placed online via Patriot Web or the Transcript Plus System. For an additional charge, orders can be placed over the phone through our third party vendor, Credentials. For assistance with phone orders, please contact their office at 1-847-716-3005. All printed transcripts are processed in 1-2 business days.

Conditions for Issuance of Transcripts

The University issues a transcript reflecting the complete academic student record. Continuing Education credits, Consortium & Law records will not be reflected on official transcripts.

  • All financial obligations to the University must be satisfied.
  • Transcripts are only available for pick-up (with photo ID) or mail. Transcripts may not be faxed.
  • Transcripts issued will contain the student’s complete Mason record. Partial transcripts are not offered at this time.
